We recognize that environmental, social and economic sustainability is essential to our business activities. Accordingly, materialities (key areas) were revised after reviewing the issues that only we can solve among many social issues.

By providing safe and secure financial services, we aim to be a familiar company that supports our customers' desires such as "the services they would like to get" and "what they want".

In order to achieve this, we must remain a company that our customers can choose with peace of mind by engaging in business with continuous awareness of social issues and continuing to grow.

We will continue to provide services that customers can use comfortably and conveniently. Moreover, we will focus on building systems and strengthening fraud detection technology to protect customers from financial crimes while promoting financial education and other educational activities aimed at improving financial literacy.
